1. Responsibility for Shipping

Pacific Rim Fusion is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers for business-to-business

(B2B) transactions. We do not handle, manage, or arrange shipping or delivery of any

products listed or sold through our platform.

Sellers are solely responsible for the fulfillment, packaging, labeling, and shipping of their

products to buyers. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Selecting and managing the shipping carriers and methods

• Complying with all applicable shipping laws and regulations

• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products

• Providing tracking information to buyers, when applicable

• Handling lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

2. Buyer and Seller Communication

Buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate directly through the platform to coordinate

shipping arrangements, including timelines, costs, and any special requirements.

3. Platform Disclaimer

Pacific Rim Fusion does not assume any liability for shipping delays, delivery failures, lost or

damaged products, or disputes arising from shipping arrangements. Any such issues must be

resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

4. Non-Compliance

Sellers who fail to meet their shipping obligations may be subject to penalties, including account

suspension or termination, at the sole discretion of Pacific Rim Fusion.
